…because there is officially a CHIPOTLE in the St. Louis area, and it is about a mile or two away from where the Thills are having their home built. It’s still under construction, but I saw it when I was driving home from Michael’s. I about shit my pants and freaked my mom out. It was funny. 🙂

I’ve only eaten at a Chipotle once: my last day in Kansas City. A few weeks ago, Laura and I ate at Qdoba for the first time. My first thought was: This is just like Chipotle. Are the two related or is it just like the Pepsi-Coke thing? (For every franchise owned by Pepsi, there’s an equivalent for Coke, like: Taco John’s and Taco Bell).

Apparently one is also opening on Olive Blvd at Craig road… aka next to the Dierbergs where the clone and I shop.
