OMFG...why the hell is starting a web-based business so fucking complicated? I mean, I consider myself to be a fairly intelligent creature, but damn! All I want to do is to get paid to do Photoshop work. I mean legally (I just printed an order for a client today). Things I *think* I need to do to be "legal":
-Get business license from Lake Saint Louis
-Get FEIN from IRS
-Get Sales Tax ID from Missouri
-Get an ulcer
-Sell off my firstborn
Dude, I need help. I definitely need an accountant. And possibly a lawer.
